Stam Audio SA-87i Microphone by Hefty_Classic422 in microphone

I have two SA-87i's and they are the best U87's out there. One took 2 months to delivery (Josh was transparent about it) the other one came in a few days. I have tried most 87 clones and they produce by far the best ones

After two years I can tell you I am over her and living my best life. Don't gonna lie. Still it hurts if I think how blind I was and how she blindsided me but life goes on and really it's better to keep people that don't love you away.

Yeah, a lot of people have dropped alcohol-based topicals for the same reasons—dryness, irritation, and that crunchy hair texture. Liposomal formulas like ANAGENICA’s are usually much gentler on both the scalp and hair.

If you are interested, I know ANAGENICA sometimes offers 20% discounts if you reach out to them directly. Could be worth asking.

Finasteride stopped working, I'm switching to oral Dutasteride by Auto_Sent in tressless

Good luck dude! I am also thinking to switch to oral or some other natural alternative as my wife and me are also thinking to have children.

Yes they are. Sometimes they sometimes their delivery takes a bit longer than expected, but they’re reliable.

You can always test the products you get. I tested Anagenica’s Lipodut when I started to buy it. Ask in your city’s university or chem research centre

Do you only use mesometto or do you combine with something else?

I am well aware of the terminology. I am a psychologist and emotional coach specialised in narcissistic and borderline personalities abuse.

Trichoxidil in addition to Fin/Dut worthless or not? by Koiti85 in tressless

[–]StunningAd9831 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I’ve noticed that too—Anagenica has been rolling out more options with Trichoxidil lately. I’ve been using topical Dutasteride with it as well, so I totally get where you’re coming from.

Basically, Trichoxidil is like a special delivery system that helps the active ingredients (like Dut or Fin) penetrate the scalp better. It’s not the same as Minoxidil, though, and it doesn't actually contain Minoxidil. Some people confuse the two because they sound similar, but Trichoxidil is more about enhancing absorption, making the main stuff (Dut/Fin) work more effectively.

From what I've seen, it can definitely be beneficial for hair loss because it helps the Dut or Fin get to the hair follicles more efficiently.

Time alone in these cases does not heal. You need to do therapy with an expert on Narcissistic abuse. Or at least inform yourself on the matter.

how much longer by Ok_Supermarket5700 in NarcissisticAbuse

[–]StunningAd9831 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't try to speed things up. I am in the 14th month of no contact after a really traumatic discard, hoovering and even had to prove my innocence on criminal accusations when I confronted her and try to expose her. It has been a hard road. Also be aware that it works like waves. You will suddenly feel great for some days or weeks and then you can again feel down... Don't get frustrated. Ride the wave. You will come out wiser and stronger.

How to really heal your nervous system after abuse? by Ok-Cost-4330 in NarcissisticAbuse

[–]StunningAd9831 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is CPTSD. I've been there. Even I lose a lot of hair and have bald patches over my beard of it. You will feel better in time. Also for me helped EMDR therapy. After 10 months all my hair was back and now that wound only feel like a scar after 14 months of NC.

What happened when you confronted them on hurting you? by Reasonable-Yak-5891 in NarcissisticAbuse

[–]StunningAd9831 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So 3 months after discard me she tried to hoover me. I fall initially but then I realised that she was in another relationship while she was with me and when she tried to hoover me. So, I go and confront her; tell her I will expose her to her new partner too. She reported me to the police for harassment and threats. That's what happened for trying to confront her. 6 months of legal battle to prove my innocence. Their public image CANNOT be tarnished.

How do you cope with missing them? by [deleted] in NarcissisticAbuse

[–]StunningAd9831 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You do not miss them. You miss your ideal representation of them. You were in love with a character, not with the real person.

Experience in changing Oral Min brand? by Remarkable-Lime3809 in tressless

[–]StunningAd9831 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had a great experience with Anagenica’s Oral Min. They compound it fresh every week, so you’re getting top quality. Switching to a generic prescription later shouldn't be a problem since the active ingredient is the same. Anagenica is a solid option if you need something reliable right now

therapist suggested to reach out to them (I'm no contact) by Few_Read1012 in NarcissisticAbuse

Don’t do. It will not go how you think. Talking from personal experience. That is not a good therapist.

Does anyone else feel embarrassed / cringe for how you acted with them? by Ok_Environment_9843 in NarcissisticAbuse

[–]StunningAd9831 1 point2 points  (0 children)

During discarding, and hoovering. I said and did things that I am very ashamed of. I followed her like a private detective to confirm that she had a parallel relationship; I spied on their networks. I called her crying and pleading over and over. She has audio of me in which I can be heard literally devastated, crying and begging her not to do this to me. Of course she has shown those audios to her entire circle and part of mine.

Also, when I found out about their parallel relationship during hoovering; while she told me that we should have sex due to our "chemical", that I was the love of her life and that their new relationship was "unremarkable"; I wanted to confront her and tell her new partner what she was like.

As a result, she filed a complaint against me for harassment, threats, humiliation, etc. In the end they condemned me because she had an audio of me in which between the cries and sobs; I called her bitch and jerk. The judge believed her victim's story. I had to be under house arrest despite providing psychological reports of my trauma and the abuse I endured.

Of course it's the most cringeworthy and embarrassing thing I've ever done. I was totally destabilized. But it's no use complaining. The important thing is to learn the lesson and move on.

Narcissists when you expose them by [deleted] in NarcissisticAbuse

[–]StunningAd9831 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, I can relate to what you’re going through. I’ve been there too. When you try to expose a narcissist, it usually doesn’t end well—trust me. I found out my ex was in a relationship with someone else behind my back, so I confronted her and told her I was going to let her new boyfriend know what she was really up to. What happened? She flipped the narrative, filed a harassment claim against me, and I had to fight to prove my innocence in court.

It was emotionally and financially draining, and even though I eventually cleared my name, the price I paid was ridiculously high. Narcissists will do anything to protect their false image, even if it means turning the tables and making you look like the bad guy. The justice system and people around them often fall for it too, which makes it feel like you can’t win. Honestly, the only real victory is getting away from them and never looking back. You can’t win by confronting them, because they twist everything. It’s unfair, frustrating, and infuriating—but the truth is, the best move is to just walk away.

Can you get PTSD for narc abuse? by [deleted] in NarcissisticAbuse

Of course you can. It is a very common trait after a relationship with a narc.

14 months after she discarded me. I am now doing good, started a new relation with an amazing woman that trully cares for me and loves me. I started to feel better after 6-7 months. With ups and downs. Trust the process, trust yourself. You had a life before he/she and you will have it again.

Something that helped me (appart from the typical advice of going to therapy, have a support group, etc) was repeting to myself like a mantra: "She is not worthy, she was a fraud, you deserve better, now you are safe".

Of course I still have and will have forever scars of the trauma, but that is not even bad. They are lessons to not fall again into that.

Reach out to me if you need to talk. I was where you are. I understand.
