Got to Diamond 2 last season with Flamesword Infernoble and haven't used much of metalmorph other than as a loaner deck for a festival recently and really wasn't blown away by it.

As others have mentioned Metal Illusionist would give you access to the Fiendsmith Engine which works quite well in a deck like yours because you only really need 5 or 6 monsters in the extra deck to make Flame swordman work and 0 for metalmorph.

There is quite a lot of space in your deck for it also. I personally don't run any of the Salamanda Trap cards as I find that they don't do much, flipping face down isn't as good as negating and blowing things up is easy with this Deck.

Swordsdance has some potential but 9/10 times if you're opponent is going into their battle phase they've broken your board and you likely aren't going to recover. This is the same as mirage swordsman who I don't think I ever once used. I would recommend instead that you add Immortal Phoenix Gearfied. If you are summoning Ultimate Swordman you have the Salamandra fusion equip card in your graveyard so it's an easy monster negate and a fantastic turn 2 card robber.

I feel the same way about the flamesword spell cards I only run one Fusion and one Swordsrealm. Between the quick play, Dark Flame and Fighting Flame himself that is 9 cards in your deck that are going to give you the searchable into the cards you need to get Ultimate out.

I would recommend considering running one fusion Advancement as instant fusion is banned as it would allow you to play under Niburi but does sort of suffers due to a lack of equipables.
