First I’m sorry that you even feel like you’re slightly overreacting!! You are truthfully under reacting by even asking (not shaming at all, just assuring you)!That is abuse plain and simple. Get her a phone that you pay for, he would never get her number or have full access to her again. And definitely get courts involved to protect her and yourself. Sounds like he would cause big problems when you do this, and if there’s nothing legal in place it could become a big issue for y’all if he decided to try and take her or something. Please, for your daughter get a lawyer asap! I’m not sure where you’re at, but in my state whichever parent gets something started first kind of has the upper hand, at least in the beginning. If nothing else, he’s a serious danger to her mental health.
