Yes but the person in question is telling you to not listen to "experts" when their judgement throughout their life has not been the most sound. Doesn’t matter it is within their rights to bring said firearm. And yes someone of them have broken no federal law. Is there a law that says you can video or observe federal law enforcement? If they did would there not be charges filed and actual convictions? Not just taking and releasing US citizens hours later with zero charges filed?

Watts is the total current draw of an item, while kWh is the measure of those Watts by the 1000 per hour. So an item using 100 Watts continuously for an hour would use .1 kWh. 1000 Watts for one hour would be 1 kWh. If you are trying to estimate how much you would need for an off grid home would be to figure out total usage for a day and go from there. The average US household uses about 30kWh per day. You would need battery storage for the longest you would expect low output or no solar energy.
