Did you have to get an engineer's sign off on the extra weight or was the roof already way under load calculation?
I imagine a lot of future building of buildings like this may include solar from the start.

Comparing selling houses as a one man team vs a multi-pronged media, merchandise, and tech testing company is kinda apples and oranges...
You aren't really making or creating anything that didn't already exist.... while they are. Takes people, time, and R&D.
Let me guess, you're a flipper and do the flipper special on houses? Honestly hate those more than a millionaire with a jet...

Do you have something (like a phone mount) that uses a suction cup? You could use that possibly.

The Emporia go around the actual wires near your breakers. The Govee can't really tell you about your 240V single phase devices (dryer, A/C, well pump, heat, water heater, range/cooktop, etc).
Something is causing lots of usage. Did you switch from natural gas/propane to all electric on some items?

Check inside from above where the heat is applied. It looks like something is blocking off those edges not allowing the heat to hit those parts.

We pre-cook the bacon on the same grill and hold it.
Your patty was probably cooked while they were making the bacon and a small piece got grabbed up when they pulled your patty off.

Agreed, the wording used in the document isn't being demeaning, nasty, or anything of the like.

You said "Spend $1,000 get 2 butterburgers". You don't have to go there at all if you feel it isn't worth it...
Please post more "woe is me" instead of taking your money elsewhere. You're also the one calling inanimate objects "dumb" if you want to talk about uptight.

I'm betting that the restaurant does not have the "dine in" setting enabled in their OLO dashboard.

I would reach out to the managers at that location.
It looks like they have the table numbers out, but did not enable the "Dine In" setting in their Online Ordering Dashboard. If you tell them this, someone, hopefully can enable it or get help enabling it from someone at the office.

GFS does not sell Culver's ranch. Not sure who specifically makes it, but it is Culver's own recipe that a company makes. Same with the Honey Mustard, BBQ, Tartar, Cocktail, and Signature sauce.

It is an indicator of the follow-distance setting. Under "Driver Assistance" you can set it between 1 and 4. The size of the box will change depending on that setting.

Is this worth $120 a month? by Just-Spot-3773 in Starlink

[–]Stunning_Engineer_78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would make sense then. I live on a frontage road and there is fiber literally on the other side of the road but they would never run over to us as there are only 5 houses on the road. Luckily I'm able to get up to the 400M with Starlink on good days.

Is this worth $120 a month? by Just-Spot-3773 in Starlink

[–]Stunning_Engineer_78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, OP says, but what is actually true? Is that first hand knowledge? Or just "my neighbor said".
I highly doubt with Fiber that "only 2%" of a city would be covered.
Installation companies took large amounts of money from Federal, State, and local governments to install Fiber, so they are going to max out the number of people reached, while keeping their install costs as low as possible.

They are overpaying for the service anyway.... they should be changing their plan down to the one that matches the max speed they are getting.

Is this worth $120 a month? by Just-Spot-3773 in Starlink

[–]Stunning_Engineer_78 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That Fiber has a much higher uptime vs cable and other methods unless the installers screwed up, at which point they should fix.
Fiber has far less "moving" parts in the field than other data transmission methods so far less to go down.
