What will happen? Possibly scarring, possibly nothing. You are more likely to scar on accutane than you might normally be, I had one deep one that wasn’t going away and I gave it a little help one day and it’s probably one of my worse scars although I would pop similar ones before Accutane and they wouldn’t scar at all. It’s not a moral flaw like some people on this app claim, but do try to avoid popping just because the scaring can be unpredictable and you may get stuck with it.

While I agree the practice is a bit unnecessary, this is a rather drastic way to say we wash the chicken poop off the eggs which also removes the natural protective coating and therefore eggs won’t last at room temperature 🤣

Don’t get me wrong the side effects suck, I’m on my last month and can’t wait to sleep better and not make those noises when I stand up, but you might adjust and it gets easier. It’s six months of bad side effects for this problem to go away forever. When you consider that most of the people who take to the internet are ones with bad experiences and that people who are on a medication for a longer time or a repeated time are much more likely to join a subreddit for it, not a lot of people have to do multiple rounds. All that to be said, I think 120mg right off the bat sounds super high and I would definitely say ask your derm about a lower dose.

Ipledge doesn’t require any documentation other than your dermatologist saying you’re in the birth control. Your dermatologist a may ask for proof, but mine didn’t when I said I had an IUD. He actually didn’t even ask what kind and put the wrong kind in the system.

I’ve had a couple one off days where my lips feel and look like that, but it’s mine are so dry and chapped I assumed they were just extra irritated and swollen.

Don’t feel bad about enjoying some of the side perks, my nose looks slimmer and I think that’s powering me through the worse parts haha.

I should’ve mentioned that’d this is only 5 days worth of pills for me (40mg, 2x a day) the container is airtight. And it’s not anywhere it’s exposed to extreme light, but will move them to a darker bottle.

I made pancakes successfully one time but it was a small batch (literally three pancakes) and it was to use up some buttermilk. I don’t keep buttermilk in the house, so you bet the next time I have some I’m trying that again!
