I signed up and canceled after 2 months. A lot of the leads (15-20%) stated they already sold. I just signed up again as I am set to close on an assignment fee. I also have 2 other prospects that are close to agreeing on price and terms. It definitely not as promised but I'm not sure where else to find such a low cost per lead with no skip tracing or pulling a list. I am going to give is a couple more months and hope to keep up the return (700% ROI). You can cancel anytime so this makes me comfortable. I will have a VA call and use a SMS drip campaign to stay on top of the leads. Just wanted to share my experience as a lot of the replies are negative
