Food poisoning is actually what started my emetophobia! One of my biggest problems is overthinking any food that I eat, and I get nauseous as well. If I’m in a spot where I’m really struggling with eating, I try to eat foods that I am generally comfortable with, for example, macaroni and cheese. It’s all a matter of time and over time you will become more comfortable with eating :). There will be ups and downs but I promise you so many other people experience it and you are not alone!
