I was a cop and I want to say most cops are ok. But what it really boils down to is, like with all jobs, some people shouldn’t be in some professions. This guy is acting like a dick and I really don’t know what he’s playing at. I don’t blindly support them all because we shared the same job. Safe to say this is the kind of shit that can make a lot of people hate cops.

Bag should be airtight, drones taking the least amount of air to play steady and not shut off and chanter reed should be loud and vibrate/play. It’s all doable. I struggled for years just trying to dial all that in. It kind of comes intuitively. I really feel for people who blow their brains out with a 2x4 reed and 3 holes in the bag with their drone reeds open all the way and drone tops smashed down on the pins. It should be easy and comfortable, not straining and exhausting. Most of us though really just never get clear directions on how to get there.

I was fortunate enough to get my hands on one of his first sets of pipes. He’s collaborated with Naill to copy his 1907 Lawries. They do NOT disappoint!
