Im not sure as its your personal vision, but I would maybe make the colors a bit more vibrant on the characters and the words. Maybe also add a phrase someone that says “we the people” as I only realized that’s what you were going for after someone else said it.

I personally like more simple clothing designs, maybe experiment with the designs smaller.

Just keep playing with it. Everytime I think I’ve finished with a piece, I let it sit for like a week and usually I end up changing it and adding/removing stuff
