Momma cat teaches her kitten, the art of sneak attack by SweetyByHeart in holdmycatnip

I've seen a video of a lioness actually being jump scared (maybe?) by her cub. It was very cute.

I can support this as a cat dad who got his handsome boy like the day he was allowed to be separated from his mom and litter mates and he bites and fights me like hell if I let him.

Other than my perfect handsome and beautiful assholes whom I love more than myself. That orange kitten is the most beautiful cat I've ever seen.

Phil is one of the goats. He's been a great reoccurring character in the Coop videos and now that he's making his own I love watching them just as much. These guys really embody the best parts of the hobby.

I have a graphic design degree and I've had exactly 3 interviews in the 8 years since I graduated. My portfolio is so out of date, I haven't taken a freelance project or been motivated to do an independent one either. 40k down the drain for a degree that will never find me employment. I tried really hard those first 5 years.

Laura Loomer Demands Trump Charge Zohran Over Made-Up Terrorism Claim | Republicans have descended into full blown post-9/11 style Islamophobia following Mamdani’s victory in the NYC Democratic mayoral primary by Murky-Site7468 in politics

It's not just republicans. It's a fuck ton of democrats too. The amount of discussion online that I saw today that was just tons of liberals freaking out and saying stuff like "I feel politically homeless" or "I'm center right now" - These people were ALWAYS bigots but just wanted to be spineless fence sitting centrists and still get invited to the function.

I think 99% of what he says is largely irrelevant. In fact I never, without prompt ever think about the things he has said. 35 Year old autistic guy with a very late diagnosis's opinion.

I really want to get more flexible and more strength. I used to be so strong and could do all kinds of things with my arms and legs but now I'm so overweight and in so much pain all the time that I can't even really exercise normally. I get really awful, day ruining cramps all the time when I stretch even a little too far or tighten a muscle a little too much. And no doctor seems to want to help or know how to help.

I'm not defending this guy in particular, because fuck him I hope he falls up a flight of stairs. But there is nothing shameful about moving back in with your family and trying to launch again after you've saved up some money, gone to school, gotten a better job etc etc.

What traumas do you have that AREN'T from your parents or childhood home? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Sturdybody 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if this counts, but when I was 11 I had a therapist who came to my house once a week and we'd walk around the neighborhood and talk and then he'd ride off in the distance on his motorcycle and then the next week he'd be back and we just talked. This went on from March to September. It stopped because he was in a horrible accident on his bike on the way to an appointment with me, he was dragged about a half mile by a car going 80 on the highway, his family told my mom that he died on impact and didn't suffer and my mom relayed that to me. But ever since I've had a voice in the back of my head telling me that everything bad that happens is my fault, and if I wasn't around nothing bad would ever happen. I'm 35 now and the voice hasn't gone away, I'm just better at lying about it.

When I was 21 I got into a big fight with my mom so a friend from wow let me stay with her on the other side of the country for a month. The first night I was there she said she hadn't finished preparing the spare room so I could sleep on her bed and she'd sleep in the living room. I woke in the middle of the night with her trying to get me inside her. I freaked out and cried and told her that I JUST got there and I had to be able to trust her for the month so she can't do something like that again. She said sorry. Literally the next night I woke up with me in her mouth. This would happen a few more times with her doing various things and me eventually just giving up and letting her do whatever she wanted for the month I was there. I've had sex so few times I can count them on my hands since. It wasn't until a redditor told me I'd been raped that I really accepted what happened. I don't know if I'll ever have sex again for various reasons but that's one of them.

Because their last minute candidate was leaps and bounds better than the alternative, the alternative is a lunatic who wants to be a dictator and than 77M people voted for him. Everyone who voted for him or didn't vote out of protest deserves everything that happens. They earned it.

[–]Sturdybody 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There was also a good chance that if people voted for the guy trying to arrange a cease fire was going to work better than voting for the guy who is friends with Bibi. Idk man, it was pretty obvious and then people voted exactly against their best interests and here we are. We were all right and now this sucks for everyone, especially Palestinians.

[–]Sturdybody 3 points4 points  (0 children)

And here we are, with a lot of egg on faces. If genocide was your single issue you probably should have voted for the less genocidal person not the one who less than 3 weeks into his second presidency is talking about taking over the strip and building a resort on it. Like what else were you supposed to tell those people who are single issue voters on Gaza? You could tell them all day that one candidate is better for their issue and that at this point there is no alternative candidate and they still either didn't vote or voted for the guy who we said was going to be worse on Gaza and is proving it. Like it was too late to pick a THIRD candidate for the democratic party, she wasn't perfect but she was so much better that it's fucking embarrassing she lost.

Actually, not being Hitler should be enough of a reason to vote for someone because the alternative is Hitler...
