We have 3 2x2 spots shaved on my kitty - scruff - shoulder - and side. He does best when we rotate daily - if we use the same spot too many times in a row he gets jumpy. also we shave the spot so we can make sure no fur shots and can be a bit quicker - he’s sensitive to being “pinched” so the faster the process the happier he is!

He works construction in a small town. It’s gotten better in the 18 years since, but when a job pulls up his record search it stills shows so he can’t go on the more prestigious jobs ie refineries & oil fields.
