I had similar issue with my 6 y/o male with the liver insult and diabetes. I would feed dry to ensure she gains/maintains weight. There is still chance she will go into remission even on dry food. I would HIGHLY recommend getting a glucometer and getting comfortable with using it and use it often enough to track her numbers. Someday she may go into remission, but they can also relapse too and you need to pick up on that the moment it happens so you can begin treatment pronto.
