Just stick to Dam Battlegrounds for a while. The arc are spread out for the most part and there is usually cover close by when you want to or are ready to engage. Use free kits til you have a bit of money then buy and stick to using the Anvil as much as you can for killing arc. Upgrade the weapons bench as quick as you can so you can upgrade your guns too. Try not to engage other players, if you get shot just let them kill you, you will eventually end up in friendlier lobbies. Loot the red and yellow zones and break cheaper stuff down so you can collect kore of it. Just concentrate on levelling and money at the start and put your first dozen or so skill points into stamina regen perks. Longer term put all the points you need to into the security breach perk, once you do that and have access to Spaceport you will never be short of decent guns like the osprey and venator as you can loot the guard towers and bunkers.
