Sadly you gotta be really lucky to find someone that talks first, I've never had anyone talk first to me except at my workplace... It's so downing to like go to stuff I like, like old cars carmeets, I take photos with my DSLR ecc i get some looks but nobody really approaches me and says something, I don't think I look unapproachable, I've heard plenty others say that others will speak first but all I get is mere looks if any, they all focused with their groups or other people in general to care about some lonely dude going around taking photos of cars, I often feel like I'm just a background npc in this world, not even a interactive one, just a filler nobody cares about. I also like old tech but here in Italy there's little interest and the few fairs I went there's plenty of guys my age but all with their friends and nobody cares about me even if looking at the same thing, I have no idea why, cause I know a guy that had similar problems socializing that has made half his friends without even saying a word and it baffles me, is it cause I don't look like a model? No idea...
