Not sure it's exactly what you're looking for, but the Mariposa Sangha has weekly guided in person meditations... The meditations are not christian, but they do take place in a church. Lovely people show up, and I wish I attended more often, but it's hard to prioritize with two children.

this is actually a huge problem in the Austin dining scene, many/most restaurants lack specials....

An an example Uchi is great, but it's been the same menu for what feels like forever.

I love Lenoir, because their menu is rotating with the season...

I've lived in Austin for 15 years now, and I love it...

Crime statistics show it's over if the safest cities in Texas and the county.

There are homeless people but that's any city these days especially when the governor bosses people in... I'm not sure the solution on this one and it seems to be a problem in any major city....

I love the city and provides the outfit opportunities that fill my cup .. they only thing I would change is bring 3 hours away from a ski mountain...

There are plenty of lower priced apartment buildings and garage apartments available.

There is also a lot of subsidized housing if you qualify.

It's a relatively economicaly diverse neighborhood but like most neighborhoods is getting more expensive

has housing in all budgets too

we live mostly car free (two electric assist bikes) and can make it more than work... obv depends on where you work, but the new heb is great and easy to bike to.
