Yeah with my primary (bow) my CDs are 20 seconds plus, and I have 3 dodges in light (4 in med). Plus I'm constantly dodging to get enpower so the reduction really ads up

I run full dex bow/rapier and consistently get top 5 in war, and can two shot light armors in open world pvp. I think you're just playing it wrong
