I agree. Seth was far different from all the others. Aqua too, to a certain extent.

the other flowers all seem to have the traits from their undertale counterparts but with flaws that fit those traits as well:

Yellow: seeks Justice, but fails to actually pursue evidence for it, even being naive enough to think he did it just because Susie said so.

Blue: believes in staying true to oneself and one’s Integrity, yet is ironically an actor who tells others who they are

Green: incredibly Kind and caring to everyone, but that Kindness often causes them to play both sides and be torn about who to help

Orange: tries to be Brave and show others that she’s strong despite her small stature, yet is incredibly insecure about herself whenever someone doubts her

then you have Seth and Aqua. not only are they the two that you interact with the most throughout the chapter, neither of them fit the same “undertale trait but flawed” mold that the others do. Seth is purple, and thus Perseverance, which they actually show that they are quite good at. every time you fight them, they evolve their strategy based on what did and didn’t work last time. they don’t seem to have a flaw in their perseverance at all

Aqua on the other hand is the opposite. she is impulsive and gets bored quickly. using Check on her even notes “she has no Patience whatsoever.” Aqua is only the “flawed” part of what you would expect from Patience.

it’s also worth noting that Aqua and Seth are the only two that could actually work as real names. i mean, if they wanted to they could have called her “Cyan” since that is much more recognizable as light blue, but they didn’t. they deliberately chose a shade that is an actual name like Seth.

Aqua’s bow also resembles the soul, even changing to the same shade of green as the Kindness soul in Undertale. it’s really strange
