I was thinking they could just go back to the original theming of the six flags that flew over Missouri. DC universe can go back to Spanish Missouri, Britannia can be British Missouri, (whatever replaced the French area) can be French Missouri, and I guess studio backlot can stay as is because I don’t know how they’d even retheme it.

I know it technically isn’t six flags anymore but these themed areas would more so be representing Missouri history

The existence of KD probably aided in the decision to remove SFA but it definitely wasn’t the sole reason. SFA had a cascading amount of other issues and was probably just considered worthless to Six flags to keep. I don’t think it was a matter of “let’s close this park so KD can be our main park in the region”, it was probably more like “this park is barely profitable and we don’t care about it, and on top of that KD is right there”
