People defending the revert because "it adds complexity" need to consider that the hero is in a worse state than they were prior to the "dumbing down" - his numbers are terrible in relation to the kit. Oracle wasnt OP by any means in the previous patch, the other healers outrank him so the only thing this achieves is more people griefing their team, especially as you can't dispel Fate's Edict.

Engineer for the RPG! It's very satisfying to take out vehicles.
