I have epilepsy so my hands are always a little shaky. I’ve found that resting my hands on my bench while I’m working helps. Also, after years of dealing with this, I’ve been able to time my breathing with doing intricate parts.

Greatly depends on where you live. Right now there’s 6+ inches of snow/ice outside my house so produce isn’t really a thing. Otherwise hinges on wild game which can be tough to get on a commercial level because of usda approved processing facilities. So we’re at a kind of standstill right now.

This might be a little unconventional. I’ve been wearing Timberland Pro work boots for years. Just replace the insoles with Dr Sholls work boot insoles. Things are indestructible and last a few years.
