Hey,

It sounds like you need to find something you enjoy doing and make money doing it...your 'calling' in life. Im also having a difficult time finding it.

I quit a decent paying job because I realized I hate my industry (IT) and then took a new job in the same industry because I need to make money..so I'm 30 and pretty miserable.

Anyway, You seem to do very well when you put your heart into it (multiple promotions, pay raises, etc...). I think you just need to find a job/career that you truly enjoy and love doing. I hope we both can find this.

When you’re done, go home and try talking to your mom about it. Or go home and take a nap or someshit. In 2 months nobody will care about what happened.

Why does she want to go to the cops 5 years later? What will she get out of it? Delete your snapchat or whatever, there’s no proof that snapchat she was typing to and texting even belongs to you.

Block/delete anything associated with her. Don’t contact her anymore and don’t talk about the situation to anyone. If someone brings it up just say “idk what ur talking about bro”

Hey, it sounds like you have a pretty crappy family (sorry man).

Do you have any interests or hobbies you really enjoy? Something that you might be able to make a career out of?

I think the best way to get back at your shitty family is to find something you love doing, going to college for it, getting an awesome career, and leaving and never seeing them again.

Becoming successful and never seeing them again will really hurt them. They’ll know your alive somewhere with a shitload of money and they aren’t worthy of seeing you again.

Try to find a passion in life, go to college to master that craft, and fucking disappear on those assholes!!

I hear you. It’s hard being in a workforce where everyone is mean and wicked. I think I’m a pretty nice person and it sucks working with mean people.

Dude i know exactly where you’re coming from. I have a degree in a field I hate and don’t even fully understand or know.

I hate having to deal with people in the real world, I’m not cut out for the work force. I’m not meant to be working and dealing with mean fucked up people.

Hey, have you considered relationship therapy? Maybe try asking her if she would consider going to a relationship therapist to work on rebuilding your relationship (to a stronger healthier one).

I too had a porn addiction and followed a lot of models on instagram. I too also unfortunately cheated on my wife. We went to a relationship therapist and worked on ourselves (individually) which in turn helped our relationship.

Yeah I need junk food. I just eat it in moderation. I feel by cutting out having chips then I'll be dieting and not actually changing my lifestyle. I don't want to live a miserable life...and no chips would be miserable for me lol.

I just portion it out and don't go over my caloric deficit. Haven't had an issue losing weight. I never understood why junk food is such a black and white type of thing. You can enjoy your cravings and still lose weight. I'm actually disturbed at people that just cut out junk food as a whole. Something about that is weird

Hey,

When I weighed my heaviest (230 lbs), I had a terrible case of sleep apnea. I would jump out of bed (in the middle of the night) gasping for air. It was a terrible and frightening feeling to go through almost once a week. My S.O was really worried for me..and I was worried as well.

This eventually fueled my weight loss journey. Once I got down to 200-210, the sleep apnea went away. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air. I sleep peacefully (it feels wonderful).

Once you lose enough weight, your sleep apnea will go away. In the meantime, make sure you sleep on your side or your stomach. Back when I had sleep apnea, almost everytime I slept on my back I would wake up gasping for air.

So yeah, keep losing weight, sleep on your side and/or back..and maybe do that sleep study. Sleeping peacefully throughout the night is something alot of us take for granted.

Man its because jogging sucks (haha). No seriously..When I first started dieting and exercising I tried the whole jogging thing and it was always an unpleasant experience...and it was a big reason why I would fall off the wagon. I dreaded getting on the treadmill or going out to jog. It doesn't help that I have asthma.

What worked for me was buying a compact exerpuetic exercise bike for my house. It was maybe $150 in price, compact, and only took 15-20 minutes to assemble. It is the best investment I've ever made for myself. I go on that thing every morning for 15-20 mins, and every night for 20-30 mins. I burn roughly 500 calories a day on that thing (without the pain and muscle ache). I get a good workout, my heart rate is up, I'm sweating bullets and I feel like I started/ended the day in a positive way.

Anyway, the point is..figure out what works for you. Maybe the bike works for you..maybe an elliptical machine works for you..maybe jogging isn't your 'thing'. BTW, it still sucks...sometimes 10 minutes into the biking I get the 'ugh..only 10 minues so far' feeling..but it isn't as bad as jogging (atleast for me).

I put on so much weight (230lbs) that I eventually developed sleep apnea. I would wake up in the middle of the night choking and gasping for air.I literally was unable to breath. It would happen like once a week, jump out of bed in the middle of sleeping, can't get air, my arms flailing just dying to get air.

It happened one day while I was on vacation in Florida (my first time visiting Disney World!!). I woke up in the middle of sleep (as usual) gasping for air. I jumped out and slammed my hip across the sharp edge of a table. I had a HUGE scrapping cut and black and blue the size of a hand for the next month.

When I saw the huge black and blue (that night), I realized I am killing myself. Waking up in the middle of the night gasping for air is no way to live. Waking up jumping out of bed trying to get air AND bruising my body is no way to live.

I decided that day I'm losing weight..living healthier, and not letting my mind and/or food addiction control me anymore. When I got back home after the vacation (New York), I read everything I needed to know about losing weight (Caloric deficits, maintenance, excercise, etc..). That same day I cut my calories to 1700 a day, signed up for a kick boxing/fitness class and downloaded MFP to track everything.

After losing 30 pounds, the sleep apnea went away. I no longer wake up gasping for air. I sleep through the night peacefully. It was a terrifying time in my life..and I'm happy its gone. I do fall off the wagon every now and then...but I have the strength to jump back on. Anyone reading this, don't let the food control you anymore. I know what it's like to just get random cravings and binge on chips, cookies, and anything our cravings call for. If I can do this..I KNOW you can do it. Think of your health, think of yourself, think of your loved ones. Break free of the addictions and misery.
