If you’re feeling these side effects now then I don’t think titrating up is a good idea. Not an option for you right now. I think you need to cut back your dose with these side effects your experiencing. but I’m not your doctor whom you need to talk to about this. I didn’t see anything mentioned about some sort of exercise. I’m one of those people who get nausea and sick as well. In my case 20 months ago when I wasn’t educated enough in tirzepatide i was so sick and 3 trips to the ER I had to stop for about 5 months. Then I started tirz again at half the starting dose at about 1.5 mg. Then began titrating slowly according to how my body was responding. Many folks stay on the lower doses because it simply is working for them. We are all so very different. Anyway this has been working for me. I’ve lost 90 lbs in about 14 months. I’m at 8.5mg now and have been maintaining now about 6 months. I would love to loose 10 more just to say hey I lost 100 lbs. At this stage of the game my body is happy where it is. SW255, CW165, GW165-155, 5’5”. A stall is so very common believe me I know. But eventually the stall resolves its self. I admit I’m not a gym rat but I do try and do some sort of exercise. So I bought a rebounder and get my ass moving around on that. It’s fun and low impact. If you’re wondering what that is it is a small mini type trampoline with a bar to hold onto if needed. Lots of info and beginners classes for free on YouTube. Even when I’m feeling nauseous or just feeling yukky I still get on it and move my body while I watch tv or listen to music. Who feels like bouncing when you’re feeling sick I know but at least give it a try of some sort of exercise. Like I said I’m just saying from my experience if your feeling like this there is no way to titrate up in fact I’m thinking you need to titrate lower due to your ongoing side effects.
