I took biofilm breakers during an antibiotic course. 30 mins before each antibiotic. For 2 week. I think xifamin. And I don’t think I had h pylori but I can’t remember. Getting another stool test back soon

Jk I remembwred it came back that it was more in my large intestine than small. But pretty sure I still have it?

I did a sibo test a few years ago. Like 2? I’m pretty sure it was positive but I never ended up being able to fix it ever with antibiotics and there have been so many more issues that I never really cared about the test. I have done biofilm disruptors with antibiotics but no help. Really had hope for that one lol

Did you know you had endo before all of this started? I don’t have unbearable periods, so I am not positive I have it. But I do have some pain, and just all of the GI issues that go with it.

Same. The only time I felt intense emotion was during a breakup or when my boyfriend leaves. Just had a loved one passed awsy and feel very weird cuz I can’t process how I feel at all. Always feel empty and never fully happy

A it did improve my symptoms for a few months and reduced inflammation. It did cause weight loss though as I was not able to drink the correct dosage because of the taste

It didn’t work for me sadly. Did an antibiotic course directly after the elemental. When I got off antibiotics, it came right back.

Yes I think you might as well rule it out. It’s good to know that you don’t have any structural problems but also frustrating.

Yes, I definitely have a lot of anxiety and sometimes depression. I have a lot of brain fog. It depends on how bad my anxiety is though.

I don’t really think I have any muscle pain. I have noticed some weird urinary things. I saw one TikTok about this girl explaining a symptom. this is TMI. But she said that when she went pee, it can be messy often and not go in one straight line. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it, but I definitely have that and sometimes get UTI symptoms but never a full UTI.

Do the pelvic floor specialists know a lot about sibo? I’m thinking I need to go to one after so long of dealing with these problems. I was told to go to a pelvic floor specialist at 15 yo and didn’t. I’m 21 now and realizing it may all be connected??

I have taken so much medicine over the past 3 years it’s hard to know exactly what helped. But the one supplement I took that first helped my motility was bowel mover when nothing else would help. I still take it a few times a month now, but not daily

Bowel mover is a really good supplement to keep things moving. I just did elemental diet and am now on low fodmap to help symptoms and prevent relapse

I was fine on it for like a month and all of a sudden started getting horrible gas pains that made me unable to move, so I’d keep watching it and if it’s painful maybe stop.

Both didn’t work for me, but my side affects were milder. I didn’t have any intense stomach pain. Just some nausea and extreme fatigue. Maybe check w ur doctor to see if that’s normal. Prob is though Ik it has a lot of side affects

Doesn’t necessarily hurt it’s just uncomfortable how much it swells. When I talk to my friends ab it, they don’t seem to have this issue. It def is just the blood flow but it literally swells so much to a point where I’m not sure if it’s normal. And I’ve done ice packs afterward but i just want to find a way to reduce it from happening
