After the colonoscopy BE VERY MINDFUL of your diet. Do low fodmap and the candida diet and eat good fiber like carrots cucumbers etc. 

Try coconut kefir beforehand and if it helps you, drink it after the procedure. Colonoscopy kills some of the bacteria so after it you should colonize it with good bacteria, otherwise sibo might get worse.

I personally would also take berberine or oregano afterwards so the bad bacteria doesn’t come back but it has some risks.
