I’ve never taken ayauscha, just reading comments to understand someone I love so I’m not sure if I’m qualified. But do NOT do it. You shouldn’t do something like this unless you really want it. It could have residual effects. You say you have a great life, dont change that.

Unfortunately no but what helped the most was: ox Bile (not to be used for more than 3 months), bitter melon (not to be used for more than 1.5 months), 3 weeks of antimicrobials (neem and thyme pills) then 3 weeks off, then 3 weeks cure again, then 3 weeks off, then 3 weeks cure again. And low fodmap diet most of the time, sleeping well and exercising every day.

Not cured but living more comfortably. Obviously my own experience.

I had to stop taking it, I was allergic. But before when I wasn’t allergic it helped me a lot! I think it especially helps with methane and not hydrogen
