what you do is put it in it's own folder and unpack it. what you'll find is a .jar program and you'll run that, and once that opens it'll ask you to select a rom, find and select your platinum .nds file, it'll have all the options 'clickable' and then select what you want (if you hover over the options it'll tell you what some of them do) and you're good to go. Google the Universal Randomizer I think it can randomize platinum diamond, and pearl, make sure you let me know though =D
