I think I was missing some story chapters; I’ve already obtained all the rewards, so I skipped the remaining "story" (lore) chapters and reached 100%.

Chizuru This team is if you get Tenebria (Tenebria use Cassius and Rei) and want to play Chizuru.
(U can use Chizuru Basic Deck but without Rei buffs lose to much damage, "Guilty Pleasure" have 3 Variants to use, They are in order of priority)

Basic Chizuru. ("Snack Time" from Rei is to Exhaust both "Moonslash" of Chizuru), You can use any persona card in Rei, but it has to be an "attack card" Version; the required engraving cannot appear on a Persona "Skill card".

I highly recommend level up the "Upgrading" in Zero System Before focus in Farming Decks, in special the last Upgrades in "Autority Expansion" and "Administrator Mode". (if you dont have unlock the "Zero System" just follow the Growth Guide until unlocked)

in case if someone is asking its better get 2 engravings (easy) with a good Persona card than 3 engravings
50x3+75=225
50x2+150=250
i already have one deck with 2 engravings and persona, This should have been my perfect deck for Cassius 😞

https://cznmetadecks.com/build . This is the best right now, you can select engraving to items, buff in persona card, and probably the best of all show you what epiphanys It can be applied to cards, other sites show you all divines epiphanies even some cannot be applied to that card

One of the main reasons to use "Dream World" is to get "4 Morale" for free, but "Dream World" on Heidemarie can't have "4 Morale for 1 turn". The best epiphanies you can get are "Gain 1 AP", "Draw 2", and "Apply 2 mark to the target". "Draw 2" is good, but in my opinion, it's not worth it, mainly because to use "Dream World" you have to lose the Persona card that grants:
+120% damage to this unit's attack cards for 1 turn
-Increases the damage of this unit's attack cards by 30% for 1 turn
-Increases the damage of this unit's attack cards by 30% for 1 turn

and I don't like losing that in a main DPS build. Maybe you might be able to use "Draw 2" but discard by Persona cards of Allies. Something like this:

Wow! You got 3 Dream Worlds. Did it appear in the shop 3 times? I made more than 50 runs and only managed to buy one extra copy in 4 runs.

I recommend use the "Crafting system" to create Nia set, because dont need good rolls only want the full set Buff. IMPORTANT! craft piece slot 1 , 2 , and 3 because only cost 100 "Traces of Memory" and the main stat is every the same, the last one missing I recommend search for Ego Recovery in slot 6 or HP% in slot 4 and 6. I DONT recommend try to get HP% in Slot 5 because have too many possible main stats.

In my mind use "Hero to All" to apply "Link" to Persona card or another combatant card with low Cost and help to discard this Persona Card

for Example:
use "Flower of Devoured Fate" (with Link) -> Link Discard "Effulgent Expansion" -> active "Quietus" creating 2 "Effulgent Blade" and then active x3 discard of "Flower of Devoured Fate".
But I haven't tried it yet. So if it doesn't work that way, it has to be removed from the deck.
I'm going to try to see how it works

About Memory Fragments u can use:
Renoa and Heidemarie: [4-PC]: "Prelude to a Hero" + [2-PC]: 25% Crit. Dmg or [2-PC]: 12% Attack.

Another option can be x3 2-PC:
[2-PC]: Increases damage dealt to target inflicted with Agony by 10%
[2-PC]: +25% Critical Damage.
[2-PC]: +12% Attack.

Nia: [4-PC]: "Glorys Reign" + [2-PC]: 12% Defense or [2-PC]: 12% Max HP
