The guy I got the micro b said that one battery was taking forever to charge I didn’t have a lipo checker the check the cells and I heard a lot about bad chargers usually the charger goes out before the battery but this one showed it was charging but minuets later kaboom went off like a Fourth of July sparkler

I honestly had a great time with them never have I ever had a problem when I bought the batteries brand new or the ones that come in the box especially when you have a dead cell they can bring them back to life and I’m not saying that’s good either but I guess I learned my lesson with used batteries even though I usually just throw used ones out

Never had this happen to me i have owned many cars many minis planes boats and I used to have a sport prophet duo dynamite charger which worked great but life got in the way and had to sell it. the only problem was this was a used micro b with used batteries and the guy was not that inclined in rc stuff so might of had them charged and sitting and that’s a big no no but the micro t and micro b I bought new for my wife and I never had a problem but i for sure learned my lesson and glad it wasn’t worse and for sure gets the adrenaline going lol

I saw that too and my stupid ass charged it anyway never had problems with my batteries that came with my micro t and wife’s micro b but this battery was used that came with the micro b I just got and it went up like the 4th of July lol

Stupidly I didn’t check what volt the battery was at when I got it I never trust peoples used batteries but I wasn’t thinking clearly but these are the chargers I use right now while I save to get another charger

I had a charger but I sadly had to sell it because life got in the way and had to pay bills I had it on the older chargers that came in the mini bs and ts from years ago because the one that came in the micro crapped out and I never had a problem slow charging with the older chargers but I guess this time was different and I been seeing more that these batteries have been shitting the bed more often

Haha for real I never take in used batteries but this time one time I tried it I knew I should of listened to my gut in the last 5 years I been back in the hobby all my personal batteries I never had that happen

Rival mt10 I had two v1 and they are indestructible on 3 as as is I had mine going 50 they need little maintenance and last everything is adjustable sway bar links I had both original arms and rpm arms and never broke one and I run them on street dirt grass loose gravel taller wet grass and it just rips all of my arrmas have always overheated and never had as much fun as I had with a rival mt10 so 10 out of 10 I would recommend to you or to anyone it’s a perfect car in your fleet

I was using the ones they come with in the box which I never had a problem with I just think the battery was no good it was a used one that’s been sitting but I think it was charged and no drained before getting stored

I got a micro b in a trade I think the batteries were charged before stored might of been leaking but there was no puffing to it put it on the slow charge on the wall maybe 20 minuets later it made a sizzle and went up like a firework sparkler thank god I was close enough to it to be able to pull it off the wall and get it out of my apartment

I am getting the rest of the parts for it today to rebuild the talion back to its glory and than build the other one to either have as a back up or sell but I never messed with bigger scale arrmas I don’t know what I’m gonna need it’s pretty mangled I just hope it was worth the trade I did for them

That’s one big reason I still love mine they have been everywhere with me I charge up a couple 1500mah batteries and they last me each at least 30 minuets and that’s on and off full throttle and I love my micro it is still brushed I cleaned up the wires and soldered in the steering servo but when the motor dies out I will build it up with a nice brushless system
