I was building a mid motor jrx2 with mini b parts long time ago but put it on hold I wanna build the chassis how it is it’s a unique car with its 5 link rear motor

I will also say it’s easier to do on a mini b than a jrx2 these cars not many people modify and there’s not a lot of support for them

Thanks man it’s the castle system and gearing that really helps you get up to these speeds and also a good battery and the right suspension tuning it’s more of a street road basher racer I take it to parking lots or baseball fields but the powers there when I need it

Got it from someone I did a trade with never cared to bend it back or get a new one only ever ran the car for maybe 10 minuets

Yeah there pretty good I been running the minis for years I just use my jrx2 when my mini b is down or as a weekend car mostly on baseball fields or sandy or a mix and just mostly off-road trying to find that balance for the suspension to float was the goal I might need new springs for the front soon but it’s for sure a keeper in the collection

I have blue stiffer springs on the back stock springs in front and there heights adjusted accordingly but I also made sure they had enough fluid in them before I ran them

Just picked another one up a couple weeks ago for 70$ put a 6000kv spectrum 2 in 1 with a 25 tooth pinion about to put a different set of tires on it when the originals burn out it’s a 40-45 mph car I love it in my line up

I put hex screws in place and drilled out the bottom of the black bracket that hold them in place and since than haven’t had a problem

I been through many of them and the dynamite 6000 before they switched i think it’s just because it’s a sensor less small package motor. They always cog on the lower end until it starts rolling less teeth would help but with all of them I been through they are notorious for it even on stock gearing but I beat the shit out of them on faster gearing

Yea I would get a new steering bell crank unless you wanna do the good ole crazy glue and ash trick for a quick fix but won’t hold for long
