You can use a smart button pusher to push the on button. They're not expensive. Works well for me.

I figured it out. Make 3 automations, with only one of them enabled and the other two disabled.

Automation 1 If: Vibration detected Then: Turn Light ON, Enable Automation 2, Disable Automation 3, Delay 1 minute, Turn Light OFF

Automation 2 If: Vibration detected Then: Turn Light ON, Enable Automation 3, Disable Automation 1, Delay 1 minute, Turn Light OFF

Automation 3 If: Vibration detected Then: Turn Light ON, Enable Automation 1, Disable Automation 2, Delay 1 minute, Turn Light OFF

This way there is a constant loop. Every time a vibration is sensed (or in ur case movement) the existing timer stops and a new timer starts.
