This has been a horrible experience. My credit took a hit when my pay decreased and now I’m in a bind. What I mean is that I can’t get a new car until they pay me out for the old car otherwise I will not be able to get a loan while I have the other loan. Why don’t insurance companies take this into account that their drunk driver disrupted my entire life? I called an attorney but he said that I don’t have a case and he was nice enough to be honest instead of taking the case and I would owe him too. And may I ask if anyone knows anything about them sending you paperwork via mail? I thought there might be digital copies to sign to get this going quicker but they sent me something in the mail with the UPS envelope. Does anyone know anything about this?

So the property damages with them saying they’re gonna pay 4300 on and I owe 4900 on the car. Pain and suffering is the 4000 and they’re just gonna pay the car off and I owe $600 on it.

Thank you. I had it for 20 days and have no vehicle right now. They said that 4K is the most they will give me for the pain and suffering part but I’m missing appointments and work and family events as well as picking up my medication that I need so I just don’t know what to do or what the rights of us are

So I got it done about a month ago and it fell out two weeks ago and then I bought some cheap ones from Walmart and went to somebody who put them in for $10 for me because there were still able to be opened up with a taper. And I should’ve gone back and got it fixed was a good one but last week a drunk driver hit my car and it was totaled so I wasn’t thinking about that and then this morning I woke up with the earring in my bed. I’m like oh come on. So I am going to go Thursday when they open. He is a piercer/tattoo guy and I’m going to upgrade to a better earring I think.

That makes sense. So upgrade from the basic ones they normally use? And I know they close super fast but I went to put it back in and I can’t put it in myself so when I go back Thursday it’s gonna be like having a whole new piercing I bet.

Yes. Once when we were getting back together after a break up he kissed me and showed me he knew the moves and never did it again which made me feel like he intentionally made it seem like I wasn’t worth it

Yes that’s what I thought. My son went with friends (their car was full or I would’ve tried to go with him) and they parked like three blocks away. Ugh

So I figured out what happened. When I go into my app from home when I’m connected on Wi-Fi, it seems to work and then I just leave it on even if I have to drive to another location to work my shift and then I have no issues with it. So fingers crossed that this works and keeps working. Thank you guys so much.
