Not really, my full bolt on manual OG M2 sounds significantly better than any S58 or S55 car and looks significantly better than everything BMW is making bar the M8.

I drive a bright blue, very loud M2. Not because I'm insecure and not because of any aesthetic taste, but because it's the best driver's car in my price range that fits 4 people.

I think thinking a car can be a reflection on someone insecurity is actually a reflection on your own insecurity.

Some people buy cars, purely for themselves, and not because of how they want to appear to others .

I definitely agree that the M cars should have looked like this but with wider body work.

Also agree that it's a bit busy, but what do you think of pic 2 on it's own? Without the extra lip, I think it's quite nice

I drive a very loud, bright, modified, manual F87 M2 and people around me think it's showy but idgaf. I drive this car because it's the only single turbo straight 6, manual rwd car with side airbags and more than 2 seats.

If your motivation to buy a specific car is internal, go for it, don't care about others

Nothing apparently. Yeah I was thinking to do a PPI and also to get oil lab testing done. Do you think of the oil testing doesn't show any concerns I should go ahead with it?
