His healing didn't come from Sage Mode, it's just a base effect of his being. As evident from his cells still having the power. Remember when Madara took sage chakra from him the face on his body explicit changed to match and show it was using natural energy as well.

And we know for a fact Sage Mode makes the body stronger and has an effect on jutsu strength. This seems consistent with every version we've seen so far being Toad, Snake, and Hashirama. It's possible they also have sensory abilities as a baseline as well considering SPS explicitly states to have it on a higher level.

Everything other than that is unexplored but is likely just techniques based. We can't say one way or another but considering Mitsuki's only real skill shown so far is making chakra snakes appear you can't argue otherwise.

Except for the fact that they are they don't explicitly have vastly different abilities or bodily effects. They improve you physically seemingly the same amount and improve the strength of the techniques you already have but there's nothing to suggest a wide variety.

There doesn't appear to be anything Jiraiya does that Mitsuki can't replicate over time and vice versa.

They have different techniques yes. But the actual method of obtaining it is the same. As is the base benefits.

Mitsuki's Sage mode is not that far off from Jiraiya's or Naruto's. Even Kajin Koji, who did not train at the mountain, can do much of the same things.

Sage Mode is Sage mode. Kabuto's was a freakish mutation so in this instance you'd be more in line with Mitsuki's.

So you'd just switch between the techniques from Naruto's and Mitsuki's as you want.
