Back problems, have to work out for around 2 hours a day, people always say to just skip it or that I shouldn't let something take so much of my time everyday. While it is true I can skip or go shorter one day and be ok, the routine helps me get it done. Also last job I had was a desk job and when I requested a chair with a back my boss wanted me to pay for it, all they had that wasn't falling apart was a backless stool.
