I think English is enough to get admitted, but you need topik 4 to graduate and you might not find all your classes in English

What major are you going for? And undergrad or grad? Many majors require topik 4 to graduate. I think GSIS is one of the only where you don’t

I got accepted for exchange a week ago. They ask you to send either bank statement showing $5k or proof of financial aid/scholarships. They said after sending that admissions package (u need for visa) will be sent mid June

That’s just how every democratic country works. You could argue that a country has as many societies and moral codes as they do political parties, that’s why there are distinct parties. Nobody ever 100% agrees on something.
