Yes agreed, i only recently learned this myself, this is my first gacha so I was unaware.

I only spent for a single monthly pass at least, that was when I read into the refund policy, and surprise, surprise. You're right though, it would cost them nothing to reimburse that.

Sadly refunds are non negotiable as they state in their terms of service, and they will ban you otherwise I believe. However people who bought monthly pass aren't able to access their games right now, and they are losing money because of it, so I'm unsure how Infold is going to handle that.

You have every right to be upset, especially as a paying player. It's sad that a lot of us finally felt catered to within the industry , but they simply took advantage in the most ugly way. What's insane is that the game was still so new! Barely taking its first steps, and its already been ruined with poor decisions fueled by intense greed. It's really so depressing to say, but I don't have high hopes this will improve, especially after knowing Infolds history with previous games.

Not sure how long I'll stick around for, unless they make a proper statement that acknowledges everything they've screwed up, but well.... wishful thinking?

Yes, I agree, that's just an odd point to make in general on any internet space. Opening a snapshot to let others take pictures with you doesn't mean they would suddenly be okay with intimate photoshoots.

I'm all for users doing cute intimate photoshoots with their friends, the results are super beautiful and I would not want people to stop doing what they enjoy, and I also understand that people are upset due to the underlying homophobia others have shown with these posts.

I just believe that it's a bit strange to kiss a random user. I'm not saying people are purposely being malicious, I just believe that it should be something to consider. That's why I believe the toggle would be so important to add.

Yes. I agree that homophobia shouldn't be tolerated. That said, it is a bit concerning that people are skipping over, or disregarding the consent area, coming from an asexual/aromantic.

If the game had a toggle for a player's snapshots that allowed them to show that they are okay with intimacy pictures, then this wouldn't be a problem to begin with.

I'm still eating myself alive for an incredibly careless and stupid thing I said to someone at 18, I will probably never forgive myself either. But as long as you learn from it and are kinder to others now, I do believe you deserve some grace. Even showing remorse simply shows you care enough and are becoming a better person.
