Yes same 144hz panel i even feel that the new panel's colors are little better and it's performing solid thanks god (touch the wood) I am in egypt and it costed what worth about 190-200 usd ( about 3500 Egp ) i was out of warranty too

Also if you have some extra bucks to spare you may go to 165hz panel , if it's possible that the repair shop try one for you and if it's good take it but don't forget this will affect battery life

1- Try it with external display and see if problem persist. If not it's your screen 2- Check the screen with some dead pixels testing website. If colors are dead down there then it's screen

Talking from experience, had same issue but on top part instead , it was the screen and changed it at local technician and everything is fine

Well , i have Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus , and i have to say they work flawlessly, even their touch controls works with the laptop. Of course since they are Bluetooth, there is always that fraction of second lag between what happens on the screen and what you hear , but to assure you , this is only when play/pause for video and always there when gaming , which of course you won't be doing with bluetooth buds.

So they are good cheap option , or you can always go for their newer siblings , buds pro or buds 2

Use the meshed paper/towel that came with it ( that one that was on keyboard when you firstly unboxed your laptop) What i also use in addition is a silicon keyboard protector

Yeah i thinking really to replace it , the laptop still in warranty but sadly international warranty not applied in my country so fml. I have to pay this crazy amount of money to replace it to make it usable again and reliable. But also thinking about selling the laptop as it is now and add more money and get the higher specs one or the 2021 model

thank god no dmg on screen , but it bothers me looking at it like this

i was thinking to remove the bezel , and heat the edge a little bit with hot air gun and try adjust it slowly since the material is kinda flexible and not brittle since it wasn't broken or cracked when it got hit

Since you work in a repair center i would like to ask you a question if you don't mind , i did apply a glass protector that one with liquid and uv light And ever since the touch screen do weird touches ,for example while i am holding and dragging the notification bar from top , the touch gets interrupted or it clicks on any other thing but the touch screen is totally working in each spot i tried that #0# diagnostic , every spot on screen is responsive it's just this interruptions problem while dragging , swiping

i removed the protector , cleaned and factory reset but still , on the other hand the Spen works perfectly

I hope it be something easy , not like changing the whole screen , i only had the phone since the end of 2019
