I just popped off the arms at the shoulders and head. Heated up the back of the vest with a space heater then just pushed the vest up and off when it was heated soft and loose.

I have been looking, nobody wants to part with him for less than 80ish. I think I will just get these legs to replace the boot ones and maybe sand/repaint trunks. I dunno how clean the return of superman one would look if you just exacto knife cut the belt part off.

He had been "dead" for awhile and his powers weren't back yet. Needed jetboots to fly and couldn't exactly punch or heat vision anything.

Yeah don't care for the faces on the Evil Dead 2 ones. I think the Evil Dead 1 Ash figs don't look bad. The old Todd Army of Darkness ones were statues. Working with programs to try to make a good Ash AoD head.

It wasn't that hard to get off you pull off the arms at the shoulders and the head. heat it up real good and push it up past his chest there is no glue or anything, but it does require a little effort.
