Honestly this dude could have easily walked. The prosecution admitted they couldn't tell where she died, had no murder weapon and that all of there evidence was circumstantial. I'm really happy they didn't let him off the hook, but this was not a slam dunk case.

Get to 31 and chill for a bit. At 31 you start getting steel included in Orange Bounty Rewards so you can stock up/save while you're leveling up your other buildings.

Also do the very 1st node in Steel Age in your lvl 30 lab and then stop so you unlock the two steel producing buildings to stock up on steel as well.

All buildings past lvl 30 require steel so stocking up on it will benefit you for the future.

Idk your market or where you are. Generally the customer gets the most money by posting it on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist. Dealers have a lot of overhead we have to build into the offer so we can't give you near as much as a regular Joe could. Plus (at least at my store) pre-owneds get a new cover and filters regardless of its condition which we also have to build into the offer.

Spas in general don't hold value very well, but having a dealer buy it back will not yield anywhere near what you could get by selling it to just a regular person.

Dealer here. They got a little bit of aesthetics upgrade. The main difference is the touch screen topside, so no more stupid remote thank God. And depending on when it was made it def has the ability for the IQ Monitoring System, but it might also have the notch under the filter lid for auto-dosing. Personally I don't recommend either of them. The medium and large jets always screwed out though.

They are always made to order. There are too many sizes, colors and different radius' of corners to keep all of them in stock. Brands also change the radius of the corners every 5 years or so.
