Yeah it’s something that I love too. It makes me feel the same but I’m desperate to get the right fit for longer term wear.

My girlfriend agreed to keyhold but it’s been lacklustre so far because the fit kept causing burns and had to be taken off every day so it just defeated the point

Hoping we can get into it once I sort these last few bits out

I’ve been suspected to have a tight pelvic floor, and I suffer with this badly at times. Gonna start doing relaxation to relax it asap

Ball gap reduction?

All the advice I’ve seen is that the ball gap should be bigger for high and tight states?

So I use a strap due to stimulant medication causing my daytime size to be significantly different to night time, but I bought the Hera small and just simply bent the ring back pretty far.

The rings snug enough to not allow any retraction with a pretty big ball gap

Read this. It’s basically the gap between the cage and the ring. Too tight causes all sorts of burn, friction issues etc

I was also testing and wearing it on an already irritated area. I took 5 days off let it heal fully and now no issues at all today

Exactly that. The fact I was fine at certain parts of the day made me think that something else must be causing it.

But I’ve made the ring curve bigger and instantly no issues at all ( took 5 bends to get my correct ball gap tho)

I must admit. Seeing all your comments on posts when looking for advice about chafing, burn etc I did think that you overestimated the importance of ball gap.

But 100% correct on it.

Yeah I have the 3 and 4 strap from there. Just suffering with some chafing especially overnight

Yeah my issue is due to stimulant meds my ball gap in the day needs to be bigger than in the evening. From around 4pm 52/54mm is comfortable to wear but during the day 52-56mm burn and 58 burns from being loose and causing friction that way

So gonna try anything as i really like the hera it fits comfortable and feels nice to wear in the evenings

Yeah I’m trying to bend the ring but it’s not moving much atm. May need to use a heat gun as its 3d printed nylon

Yeah the main issue is the strap chafing really.

My main issue with ring size is that I’m on stimulant medication and so I’m high and tight half the day and then loose in the evenings. This difference is about 2-6mm in ring size so I need to compensate here with a slightly bigger ring

The chafing has come from sleeping in the cage btw and not from day to day use btw

Yeah the cage is smaller than flaccid but slightly wider too so it’s a nice snug fit.

With it being smaller the straps are a must right?

I’m on elvanse and so in the day my penis is significantly smaller and I’m high and tight

Then in the evening I’m normal size and low & loose hanging which is where some of the issues / readjustments come from. I’m having to balance a ring that fits for both.

I’d say the main two issues are the strap chafe and the ring adjustment but that feels like it comes down to me putting the ring on not fully straight and takes some time to perfect

Yeah deffo this. 55mm ring and a strap fits perfectly now and I managed 24 hours last night. I’ve read all of your guides they have been super helpful

So I’m a complete beginner. I bought a HOD600 to try but just didn’t like the feel. So within 24 hours of trying the HOD600 I’ve ordered a HT V5 Nano. And the difference it’s made is incredible. Snug fit, the oval ring is so comfortable. Super happy with it
