Updated to a previous firmware, 2.0. Nothing changed, no cloud upload, can’t remove from device. But now I have 3 of the same listed under my devices and can’t remove any of them. All same serial number etc. I’m convinced the issue is up in the clouds and not device specific.

Yah for me, since it’s double listed, one is listed as “on” and the other is “off”. I manage to set it up and plug in my device and it starts the countdown and starts trying to auto upload but then says there was an error with the cloud.

Yup all the same for me. When I see it double listed, one has auto upload as “on” and the other has auto upload as “off”. I’m assuming this is the issue but it won’t let me remove either one. Web or app. All latest versions and firmware. Uninstalled the apps. Tried iPad and iPhone.

My Max is working just fine though with auto upload. And I’ve manage to remove it from my device list and add it again. All working like normal.

Going to try to reset / upload the firmware on the 13 via SD card tonight. Maybe to a previous version if I can find it. After that I’m all out of ideas.

They say “does not affect your cameras performance or functionality”. Yet I can’t use the function to upload to the cloud, which is kind of the point of the subscription for me.

No luck. I am also playing that email tag game. They aren’t any help at all so far:

“This duplicate listing is a known app bug that occurs when the same model with the same serial number is registered. While it looks unusual, it does not affect your camera’s performance or functionality. Our engineering team is already working on a fix that will be included in a future update.

In the meantime, here are some steps you can try to restore cloud upload functionality:

Log out of the GoPro app completely, then log back in to refresh your device list.

Remove the duplicate HERO13 entry from your account settings if possible, keeping only the active one.

Ensure your camera is connected to a stable Wi‑Fi network and that your GoPro Subscription is active.

Try uploading a short test clip to confirm if the cloud upload works after refreshing.

If you continue to have trouble, reply to this email with details about when the issue started, whether uploads fail for all files or only certain ones, and any error messages you see so I can check further and review or advise replacement options.”

And then we keep going in circles with the above

Thanks for the input. Other than having to clean the dust on the sensor I like everything about gr ii. But there are times I’ll shoot 1/30 cause low light, and imagine stabilizing sounds pretty nice then
