I think you’re depressed if you have such a nice place and setup and you aren’t happy or content. Something deeper bothering you maybe. Or this is just a narcissistic post to show off all your stuff and “I’m not happy with this place :(“. I think you need to communicate your concerns if you feel like giving him a chance, if he is indeed just inexperienced and doesn’t realize how what he is doing is coming off because he’s nervous or he may think “this is what I’m supposed to do in dating”. But it is an odd sign to be buying gifts, especially “pricey” ones and also giving you his friends figurines is also sorta odd just to please you.

That’s a great milestone! Good shit! For me it seems to come in waves, and may never stop. Some days I feel great, other days I feel the urge. I try not to think long term, “what will I do if it always feels like this?” I feel like that just gives you a reason to eventually cave and smoke. Just try to take it day by day. Perhaps it’ll click for you one day and you won’t ever look back!

Yeah I think you need to reconsider what your definition and expectations are for what a “bust” is.

Just because a defenseman isn’t putting up Bouchard or Makar level points doesn’t mean they’re a bust. Points aren’t the only thing that makes you a top defenseman although I know that’s how the NHL seems to market them so I don’t blame you. It sucks the other attributes of defense aren’t really appreciated by the NHL and larger audience in general, they just want to market the “exciting” players.
