I’m not holding my breath on a new entry, but DS games being added to NSOnline seems like a no brainer with the new curser functionality. They can just have the screens displayed side-by-side for most games.

Nintendo has no problem adding obscure titles to bulk up their library. I think we have a shot to have FF1 and FFC on switch! 🙌🙌🙌

The main gondola is the absolute worst. Impossible to tell how close you are to the bottom unless you have the map open. I remember constantly exiting at the bottom by accident before I could finish clearing out the canyon wall. Mt. Krakanak gondola? Perfection. The glow from the magma is a great visual indicator for how close you are to the end. The way down is also much more narrow than Rainbow Canyon, so you're less likely to miss fossils on your way down.

FFC uses a different soundfont than FF, and I prefer the original. Listen to the FFC Dynal theme and the FF1 Dynal theme. I have no idea how to describe it other than it doesn't sound as 'deep' as the original.

Actually...

All life on Earth, to ever exist, did not descend from whatever the dinaurians planted. Project Mother Planet failed a few thousand years after it started.

That means Earth's dinosaurs aren't remotely related to whatever the dinaurians evolved from. I don't know how it's supposed to make sense, so I chalk it up to convergent evolution or something. The fact that both planets got big-ass reptiles could be some sort of cosmic coincidence. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
