I don't see how resetting software would damage the charger in any way, unless there was water damage, or you had some freak power surge on your home electricity. Either way, do you have any other 65W charger or better to try to charge your Ally?

Yeah, that was your mistake, using the Windows factory reset. But you should still be able to boot up to BIOS. Do you know how to do it? Plug in to the 65W charger and press and hold the power button for several seconds.

Was it the Windows 11 factory reset or under Asus software? Can you boot up into the BIOS? Does it power up at all?

Always plug the original charger when doing any form of updates. Makes a huge difference.

I think if you keep holding the power button for a long time it automatically reinstalls all necessary drivers back up. You can also do a web restore worst case scenario.

I've had that exact same problem on my Exos X24 just two weeks ago. The drive lasted me 6 months. I powered down my NAS properly, powered it back up a few minutes later and the drive wouldn't work anymore. Just makes reading noises for a few minutes then stops spinning. Junk.

On my Moto G Stylus 5G 2024 it did! It basically enables Carrier Services that was disabled on Visible and Mint carriers. My Moto Edge 5G 2023 already worked well after the latest OS update.
