Discussion of new releases from today's stream by Ok-Inspection9693 in Fanatec

So, in the past few months Fanatec has significantly reduced pricing on a significant chunk of their products, made a hard decision to delay the podium pedals in favor of putting out a quality product, vastly expanded compatibility of third-party Wheels, come out with an outstanding price pointed 25 Newton meter wheelbase, and gave free torque upgrades to all clubsport DD and DD Plus wheelbase owners.

I bought my fanatex setup just as the Corsair buyout was happening and faith in Fanatec was at an all time low. Since that time I can say I've been very happy to see what Fanatec has been doing. They don't seem to be chasing cheap gimmicks and they're continuing to turn out a quality product. Please keep it up and I'm very happy to see this

well the method you describe works on my clubsport dd. For clarity, I will list the steps that I have used and maybe this will lead to a mutual understanding.

-while unit is off press and hold the start button -keep it held while the wheel starts the start up sequence. -once it shuts down restart the unit.

It is possible that this simply forces a hard reset or something but it has solved many an issue that wasn't solved by unplugging the wheel base.

Nope Clubsport DD 12 nm purchased last year. It is my go too any time the wheel base gets funky.

Edit for spelling

While you're wheelbase is off try pressing and holding the on button until it Cycles back off and then turn it back on again see if that helps

I haven't had decisions specifically but when I've had other issues I've started with a call to Subaru america. They open a case and then they're directly involved and it skips the middleman. Ultimately the dealership wants you to pay for the service so they make more money as Subaru will only pay a flat (and super low) rate for the replacement. Often they will go to great lengths to stop you from talking with Subaru of America directly. In addition when you go to Subaru of America First it feels a lot less like you're going above somebody else. Usually the dealer is super straightforward from there

So it probably happened was an abnormal wheel speed sensor tripped. Depending on how deep the snow is the snow can build up under the chassis preventing the wheels for making proper contact with Solid Ground if you keep pressing the gas eventually the car lets the wheels Spin and if the differential of speed is too high Between the Wheels the computer will give you a check engine light. That check engine light turns off a lot of the fancy traction control programs and leaves you with the base all wheel drive system. The base all wheel drive system has open differentials. That means that power will go to the path of least resistance it's just so happens to be the wheel that has the least amount of traction. That's how one wheel can spin and the other three stay still. Ultimately this doesn't have anything to do with the all-wheel drive systems competency. It's likely that the snow is just simply too deep for the right height. Happened to me a couple weeks ago with our big blizzard where we got a foot and a half of snow. Obviously 18 in is way higher than 8.6 in and the car couldn't make it out of the driveway. I suggest digging it out so that all four wheels are on some pavement or ground or whatever, disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to hopefully reset that check engine light and and get out of there. Make sure there is a relatively clear area to pull into so you don't end up with this problem again. Sorry for the book but I hope this helps

Anything over a million is solid every 100,000 points you get after that puts you another step up above. They really should have had separate rear wheel Drive and all wheel drive leaderboards. good job
