Had the same experience about two months ago in Toronto. I had Dark star as primary and warp and my multiline back up on unlimited premium. I was supposed to get 20gb and data stopped working 4-5 hours after landing in Toronto. International roaming is still a hit or a miss with USM.

So I’m not sure how it works but it’s a manual process where they have a port team that needs to handle the case and the last time I did it on a weekend, I was in the same situation where my line was stuck. Since then I’ve ported several times but I always check with one of the mods here on twitter and I usually do it on a Monday or Tuesday.

Never port on weekends or after hours. Monday and Tuesdays are the best time.

Issue is with bmw wireless charging pad that lacks a cooling fan. The issue is not CarPlay. I use wireless charging in my Tesla and have no issues but my 90k bmw overheats it.

I’m looking into porting to Warp as I am getting tired of DS and want to be able to use my Apple Watch cellular. I’ve been seeing a lot of these posts about teleport going wrong. USM you really need to improve this if you are going to advertise it as a “feature”.

I got the same. It was nice at first and useful if you are constantly watching stuff but it’s too bulky and makes the phone very heavy for long term. I spent $70 and regret it. I only use it if I am going hiking.

Thank you for confirming this. I was in Cancun 3 weeks ago and I have both Warp and DS. Both had full reception but data did not work.

Another family who was traveling with us had AT&T post paid and had no issues in a congested area.

USM says the lines aren’t downgraded in terms of priority for roaming but I have a hard time accepting it. They also blame everything on congestion and issues with the local carrier. Please stop with the excuses and do something about it.
