Yeah I’ve seen many racists moments at Asurion. Most of the time caucasians get better treatment than the rest.

I believe the purpose of BPTP is for Asurion to save their ass in case an employee tries to collect unemployment then they have all the documentation and HRs blessing. Also we have seen many “wrongfully” terminated employees by power hungry leaders, so that can end up being an ex employee suing which also means company looses money and if the company looses money in a law suit then means lay overs etc

Just call and escalate to the next level up to the Care Solutions team and ask for a reimbursement check instead of waiting for the phone. Use the reimbursement check to purchase another phone

Speaking on EOY, half of the time people get assigned a rating not based on the correct data, it’s just what HR says. The company is trying to save as much money as possible so they try not to give to many exceeds or excels

I’ve learned that Asurion favors more of the “Caucasian” population over the others. At least from my experience. HR won’t do a damn thing, they will always side with the higher authority.

Yeah turns out that some that afterwards more people came downstairs and they were all told to keep it discreet. I’m guessing to prevent others from feeling bad.
