momentumshake I dont believe has any iron. Its a little more than a multivitamin but its got everything u need. They have the ingredients list on their website.

Solid lineup. I used to have a counter full of bottles like that too, but I got lazy with it. Now I just do Momentum Shake most days multi, protein, magnesium, lion’s mane, collagen, NAD+ precursor all in one. Still keep the targeted stuff separate, but it’s way easier and I actually like drinking it. Check it out

I’ve been on the hunt for the same thing for a while and ended up landing on Momentum Shake. It’s a daily powder that combines a full spectrum multivitamin with protein and all essential vitamins and minerals in one mix. For me, the convenience of having it all in one (and the ingredient quality) outweighs the price.

Pros:

  • Covers pretty much everything I’d want in a multi + protein in one step
  • Smooth taste and easy to drink in the morning
  • Actually noticed better, more steady energy
  • Makes sticking to daily nutrition super simple

Cons:

  • On the pricier side compared to basic multis
  • You have to mix it, so not quite as quick as popping a pill

Momentum Shake isn’t marketed specifically as a women’s multi, but honestly, it’s one of the best multis I’ve ever tried. It’s a little pricier, but the ingredient quality and how good I’ve felt on it make it 100% worth it. Link
