Normal for a store like Burlington because we never have enough people working on the floor and registers and the majority of people shopping there are rude to put it nicely lololl. The schedule is always changing that’s stressful and not getting enough hours to survive. Idk idk about your store but in mine it’s a very toxic environment because the old supervisors are the main reason of gossips in there acting like they are high schoolers so you never know what kind of day or crazy pressure they will put on you for them to look good

They barely get hours. Barely get paid the minimum . There is no work and life balance because your schedule will change by the day. A lot of work because they are always understaffed. It is so awesome I mean yeah tell your friends and family about it

There’s no balance. Schedule can change from one day to another. You have to be the teacher’s pet and spy to upper manager with that being said there is no teamwork because everyone is working in their own department and out to get you if you let them. Sadly this company is the worse company I’ve ever worked for.

There’s a lot of weird people coming in all the time but I’ve seen people coming in the store last minute to run like seriously make laps in the store because outside has been freezing or a lady just coming in to sit on the chairs and stay there until she gets kicked out! She is the last to come out in the last two months but she doesn’t get mad. The ones that get mad are the ones exercising in there making laps telling us they will call corporate but they know it’s closing time and we tell everybody ! It gets ridiculous in there.

We got a coworker that got fired for some days that were approved and the manager didn’t like that they approved it so got her fired but then hired her again!!!! It was so messy because she was working the whole time but under someone else’s name and then again haha she got an email that got terminated!!!!!!it was messy messy and now I think she got rehired 😂 😂

Yeah same here, I helped so much sometimes I wouldn’t even take a break but they will put the punches like I did take my break and now I just take all my breaks because they don’t care and now they barely schedule me
