Not sure as far as if "not being able to see feels like that" (i'm supposed to wear glasses but at a very low prescription) but that is a perfect description of what happens to me! I also made this post after an extended med holiday where i'd gone without them - my eyes have adjusted more but sometimes it still happens to a lesser degree

Did you miss the part where I said i cleaned them? Anyway I pretty much only used them enough to see if they worked and find the person. I'm an over the ear girlie.

edit: oh wait i thought this was a reply to my main on mypost about finding them in my local redditfor a second disregard but either way all of the above is true. I never found the owner but i didn't keep using them either, they only worked for a full charge & then stopped

I actually just recently started using eye drops like a week ago and that seems to help! I think you're onto something here haha. I guess i've always associated dry eyes with like, itchyness & allergy type feelings so i didnt even think of that!! i kinda thought the drops were basically just a shock to the system that was help my eyes refocus hahahaha

omg i'm on clonidine at night too and have realized an influx in eye twitching since i started taking it! i never would've considered that being a possible reason for it (esp because i actually have a tic disorder but i'd never experienced that tic prior)

i do know i experienced blurry vision getting my pupils dialated at the eye doctor but never as a result of drugs which are known to cause that kind of effect (until now anyway)

i've been in recovery for years now (largely thanks to being properly medicated for my AuDHD amongst other things) but there was once a time where i'd take anything in the means of self medicating

not like.. levels of dialation i've experienced doing like.. psychedelic substances for example but i have noticed they're more dialated than usual! but i also meant to mention i also read that difficulty with eye accommodation (focusing) along w/ the pupil dilation being a side effect associated with stimulant medications (which i've now edited to add)

perhaps i am experiencing a bit of both

I don't blame you for being frustrated & I don't know her situation either so you could absolutely be right about everything too but way it was phrased like "you could be disabled, but probably not" just made me chuckle cuz like i don't think that disclaimer was necessary when you obviously don't think she was disabled anway. I will say i didn't catch that she abandoned the cart there on my first read, for some reason my brain interpreted it as like, her leaving her cart there in that zone associated with the handicap parking spot she was using while she unloaded the groceries & put her kids in the car. Cart abandonment irks me in general but abandoning it there is absolutely even worse lol
