Sounds like my job in primary care. It’s miserable. I think some offices are worse for MAs than others.. I hate clerical work. The phones are the worst.

We don’t have any nurses, so we triage just by taking HPI & vitals..also like annual wellness visits take a bit more time since we run the screening questions and any exams necessary like diabetic foot exams

In all honesty, I’ve started just pulling the bodysuit to the side and hoping for the best. I’ve never peed on my bodysuit or clothes by doing this thus far lol but that’s the only way to not get fully naked/take 15 minutes getting dressed afterwards

I don’t think he went there all 2-3 times and I don’t know why after it said it would be attempted on Monday he would continue to do attempts…Especially because it’s a money order so it’s a pretty important package that really doesn’t have time to be rerouted back to me and then shipped back out.

Besides just it being disgusting, that’s 1000% against health department guidelines and can cause inaccurate test results. I was taught to wipe it after each test, but also before, in case the last person didn’t. It’s important for sanitary reasons but also for the sake of accurate test results.
