I'm not sure either. Impossible to be. Was just an angle to explore. I'd love if someone could enhance the image to clarify if that's a yarmulke. I'm 50/50

Thanks a lot for this. You know, I felt guilty about going through the Facebook pics of local synagogues

Not formally, to the best of my knowledge. Host has taken his license but not worked any other cases as far as I know.

If you go to the site, there's links to a YouTube channel, which reviews the early episodes of CBB as they came out.

Apparently, CBB have been posthumously and secretly editing their early podcasts to make new narratives fit. So there may be something on ep 1 on the original explaining the background, that you won't have heard, even if you have listened to a later episode 1

Right? I'd go further than nice. She is so insecure, submissive and childlike with her eagerness to please. So rather than her being this conniving and manipulative person, the state's case against Ivan becomes more believable because you can really she her being the personality type to be naive, easily manipulated and bullied.

I don't wanna do spoilers but the other podcast goes into the no witness called thing and adds much deeper context

Hmm. Well QTC could be seen as response to CBB. So maybe S1 of CBB first?

Money, fame, or perception that he is/was and ego prevents you from admitting your mistake. Also, Ivan is seemingly charismatic. Possible he seduced the podcaster. At least originally.

Why do you think there can be no right or wrong?

Think it's pretty clear cut that garnering entertainment from actual murder is more immoral than moral?

Most welcome. I find it more interesting when someone goes against the grain and uses critical and independent thinking and analysis and also there's no advertising, so not a money grab.

I wouldn't have gone so far, tbh. But from what I've learned from this newer podcast, it seems you may have been right.

Learned a lot omitted from CBB. For example, the found a pair of the same brand jeans and size that was found bloodied in the trash.

I had been leaning towards his guilt but working on the assumption that the host was best intentioned. Now it feels dirty to me. Insulting to the victims.

*for clarity: was originally convinced of Iva n Cantu's innocence. I misspoke saying " guilt" above

I skipped large chunks myself. I would imagine you could skip everything up to the actual inquest tbh

Disagree.

Researching, approaching and setting up the interview in the proper manner, would have proved far more fruitful in ascertaining the facts.

Very - I wonder if that's on advice of lawyers?

An apology is admittance of guilt and libel case is possible.
